At Cold One Country, we’re all about getting your gear to you as quickly as possible so you can get back to the good stuff. 🍺

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Delivery delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays or new drop launches.
• Some products may be shipped separately depending on stock and supplier locations.

We currently ship Australia-wide, with international shipping coming soon.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked with your order.

If something’s not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in original condition

To start a return or exchange, send us an email at info@coldonecountry.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, have a yarn with us straight away and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
